There’s more to me than real estate.
I grew up in a family of real estate agents. Ours was never the chase-every-lead kind of business, and I learned early that the work is about people and trust long before it’s ever about a house.
Real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all. So why should your Realtor be?
I’m a writer and a photographer. I’m the author of Downsizing with Intention. I founded and still publish I Love Fair Oaks, the community magazine I’ve poured years of my life into. It all comes from one place: paying close attention to people and the lives they’re building.
I write from the heart, and I work the same way. A few people at a time, close in, so that when we work together you have someone on your side who actually knows you.
Mostly, I’m in the middle of my own next chapter, making room for what comes next while I help other people do the same. That’s the whole thing. Everything I offer is a way into that.

I’m a real estate advisor specializing in downsizing, probate, and trust home sales. I hold the SRES® designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and a certification in Probate and Trust real estate. These credentials have prepared me to work with people navigating complex life transitions and estate-related property sales.
I’m not an attorney, CPA, or financial advisor, and I don’t provide legal, tax, or financial advice. I understand how these professionals fit into the process, and I can work alongside your estate attorney, financial advisor, CPA, and other trusted professionals to help keep the real estate portion moving forward.

HOW I WORK WITH BUYERS
Serious doesn’t mean rushed. It means prepared and committed.
You don’t have to be ready to make an offer tomorrow. You do need a timeline, a defined search, and a plan for financing. Before I show you properties, I’ll need to speak with your lender and understand what you qualify for and where you are in the process.
We’ll also talk through how I represent you, what you can expect from me, and how I’m paid. Then we’ll sign a buyer-broker agreement that establishes our commitment to each other.
